How do I open my GPT agent?

Just click the link we send you by email — it will take you directly into ChatGPT with your personal agent already loaded and ready to use.

Once you start your first conversation, your agent will automatically appear in the left menu inside ChatGPT, under the “GPTs” section, so you can easily find and reopen it anytime.

We usually name your agent after your business or choose a name that matches your industry or goal, so it’s easy to recognize.

If you have a ChatGPT Plus subscription, you can also use the provided prompt and knowledge dataset to create your own GPT agent and name it however you like.

What is a “prompt”?

What is a “knowledge base” and a “dataset”?

If you’d like to customize it, you’ll need to create your own GPT agent in your ChatGPT Plus account and upload:

- the knowledge dataset (the data we collected for your project).

Once you add these two parts, you’ll have full control — you can change the tone, update data, or expand the agent anytime.

Tip: Even if you don’t have ChatGPT Plus, you can use the Projects feature to organize your prompt and dataset manually. We actually recommend this approach because it gives your agent more flexibility and you better clarity.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all requested data can be collected or provided in the exact volume you need. To avoid misunderstandings, we strongly recommend sending us an email first with a short description of what you want to include.
Our team will review your request and confirm what’s realistically possible before you schedule the consultation.

What if the results aren’t accurate?

If we find an actual mistake in the data, we’ll correct it and send you an updated version.

Please note that we guarantee data accuracy for up to 30 days after delivery. This is because public information — such as restaurant prices, fitness membership fees, or customer reviews — can change over time. After 30 days, we recommend ordering a dataset update if you need the latest data.

How does the booking work?

After payment you simply choose your language and then pick a time in the calendar. The system will automatically show you the right consultant (Lukas for English/Czech, Joselyn for Spanish).

Right after booking you’ll get an email confirmation with all details and an automatic Google Meet link. At the selected time you just click the link and join the call.

You pay → pick English → choose Tuesday 14:00 → email arrives with Google Meet → at 14:00 you click and talk to your consultant.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes. You can reschedule your consultation using the link in the confirmation email.

The reschedule link is valid until 12 hours before your meeting. After that, the time slot is locked, as it’s already reserved in the consultant’s calendar.

Datalis.ai keeps only a temporary working copy for support and quality purposes (for example, to help you troubleshoot or restore data if needed). If you prefer, you can request the deletion of our copy at any time — just send an email to info@datalis.ai, and we’ll remove it permanently.

Yes — limits depend on the platform you’re using.

In ChatGPT, each file upload is typically limited to 20 MB per file, while text pasted directly into the chat can handle around 128 000 characters (roughly 50 pages). If your file is larger, you can either split it into smaller parts or upload only the most relevant sections.
